Provincial plan of Scholastic Mediation

            -Chaco  Province  in Argentina has a school mediation Programme that depens on the Ministry of Education.

            -The aims of the programme are:

-         To promote the managing of conflicts in schools by negotiation and mediation.

-         To implement school mediation programme in school.

-         To offer a mediation service for conflicts in schools.

The plan was stablished by law  4711 .

There is a Central interdisciplinary equipment that gives :

1)     Workshops for children and teachers

2)     Advice for teachers .

3)     A mediation service.
